Product Sourcing and Quotation Service
Matreed helps traders by offering a product search and quotation service for any product. The customer provides the specifications of the required product, and the Matreed team searches for it and supplies a report containing:
- Approved suppliers of the required product that are licensed by the Chinese government and have an official office documented by the relevant Chinese government authorities.
- The cost of the product from each supplier, excluding shipping.
- Any available observations about the products and suppliers.
Service Cost
The product-search service costs 300 Saudi riyals (80 US dollars) per product. This amount is non-refundable if no purchase is made, and the customer will be informed of this before the search begins.
If the customer approves ordering the products listed in the quotation, the service cost will be deducted from the order commission.
Order commissions start at 3% for container orders containing only 3 products, reach 5% for container orders containing more than 15 products, reach 7% for container orders containing more than 30 products, and may reach 10% depending on the product type and the steps Matreed must carry out. For example, some products require visits to factories located in different cities in China.
The quotation takes 6 to 10 days to obtain, depending on the type of product.
